Honey Bears

Hello! As many of you know, my sister is having a baby in May. I am throwing her a baby shower and going all out vintage themed. We don't know what she is having, so I will be incorporating blue and pink. If anyone has any fabulous ideas, please feel free to share! I would appreciate it! I am also begging and pleading for anyone that has empty honey bear jars, to send them my way! I want to do the above craft to hand out to everyone, and so I need a lot! If you have them and wouldn't mind sending them to me, I would be forever grateful! My address is

Melaine Thompson

9826 Crystal Lake Drive Woodinville WA 98077!

Melanie,

You might sign up with a freecycle in your area and ask for the honey bears there. They are a super source for things.

I have an idea for your baby shower. I have had several baby showers and each time this was a huge hit. Take a white napkin and fold into a triangle. Then with a hot glue gun pull the two sides together and then pull the middle one up and glue. When finished it looks like a cloth diaper. Take a small gold safety pin and pin to the top layer. The safety pin does not have to go through all the layers, Just enough layers to attach it. Fill with nuts and mints. I hope I explained that clear.

Can't wait to see pics.

Just wondering where you found this idea. I know it is a pretty simple to do idea but I'm more curious for other ideas also.

thanks!

Which size bears do you need? They had small honey bears at Dollar Tree yesterday, but they didn't look as big as the bears in your picture.
