~a gorgeous modern/rustic home~

Mix provincial pieces and modern luxuries for a smart take on the rustic look. A natural, earthy palette with touches of black, white and ochre is a good base to work with.
The key to making this look cohesive is keeping clutter to a minimum, so it makes sense not to rush into purchases.

I love the "coffee" and "tea" letters!

pay close attention to detail
fresh blooms will liven up any room
Use lots of baskets, for storage, and for decorative purposes

Turn to your own family photo albums for a wall of art that's priceless.
turn to natural elements like shells, birch branches, etc.
Bring the outside in

Is that your home or from a magazine?
I'm going to be making some changes to my kitchen soon...if I need some advice can I come ask you for it?

Beautifully done! Thanks for sharing how you did it. So lovely I'm sure your guest will love it. My personal favorite is the addition of the ornaments. Thanks for posting.
