Ahhhh! Love it! What is it about green that makes it look so good with white. Green hydrangeas are one of my favorites! You've offered me much inspiration for my new house!
Oh laaa...that laundry and the kitchen with all the windows and that ceiling....! I'm planning on doing a coffered ceiling somewhat like that in the living and dining area of the bungalow we are restoring for my shop! Just beautiful...I want all of those windows in my house!!!
Beautiful pics~so refreshing! Would you do me a favor? I posted a couple pics on my blog of some seat cushions I bought last night @ Pier 1 and I don't know if I love them or not~would you let me know your honest opinion? P.S. I found those pumpkin plates I was searching for!! yaya!
Wow, those photos are amazing. I could move into any one of those rooms and feel right at home.
I love looking at photos like these. They are always so inspirational in getting me to tackle a project in my own home. No matter if it's just looking for a few new pillows to add to the couch or change out some accessories on a table or give a room a bit of freshening up with a new paint color on the walls.
I SOOOOOOOOO NEEDED TO SEE THOSE PICS. I'M 'DEEP' CLEANING TODAY, AND THIS WILL KEEP ME MOTIVATED. I ESPECIALLY LOVE THE GREEN PAINT ON THE WALL IN THAT ONE PIC.
Good use of the neutrals---just gorgeous. Makes me want to run laps around my house grabbing all of the bright colors and fling them out the patio door! ha! Lara
p.s.Any chance you'll be at Funky Junk Sisters? I'll be meeting up with Kim and Tiffany--would love to see you as well. The blog-land folk from the NW need to have a a meetin' !
These pictures were just what I needed to keep me inspired! The laundry room is GORGEOUS!!!! And thanks to your reminder about Stephanie Nielsen, I was able to tape the Oprah show...I first heard about this remarkable young mother last summer on the Today Show, and since I didn't know the blog world yet, couldn't appreciate the generousity of spirit and faith that is out there...but I do now, and this made seeing them all the more special! Thanks sooo much!!! Mary Frances
Hi Melanie, We have a mutual friend. I have been working with Margo at Pinkalicious. I was at her lovely home yesterday, what a treat. I admired all her signs and she told me about you. Just had to come over and visit your blog, I am so glad I did. I just love these these images. They make me want to re decorate. Anyway, hope to meet you soon. I will add you to my favorites. I need the cleaning lady who cleaned all these places! You could eat off the floor (which my 1 year old does!)
Where is this and I will pay anything to spend a weekend there ALONE.
Such beautiful light airy pics, I wish my house looked like this, Have a sweet day!
ITA. I especially love those first few images. The crisp white with touches of green. Love it!
The exterior of the home at the top of this post is truly stunning and a breath of fresh air. I also love the dining room. I will take both!
