I fell in love with this home in February's Southern Living magazine.
The details are so charming. I am loving these framed butterfly prints and how they are arranged!
And check out that great green bench!
I love massive kitchen islands and this one has great detail.

Her home office is girly without going over the top.
Look at the ruffles on that fabulous ottoman!

In their dining room an oil painting of her mother is the focal point of the window wall. Beautiful draperies and a gorgeous place setting make this picture perfect.

Check out all the mouldings!
This great room is very family friendly and very inviting.
Have a super day friends!

That is a truly beautiful home. Thanks for sharing it, I need to re-subscribe to Southern Living, I did for years but recently let it lapse, and based on this great story I know I need to start receiving it again!
Kat :)
omg this house looks huge!! It's beautiful, thanks for showing
A beautiful home indeed. I will look for the magazine on the newstands. I miss SL. -Delores
I love these, and your framed veggies. I have a book full of roses that are in this similar style, I've been going through and finding pages to cut out and frame. I'm not a huge rose girl, but since they're hand drawn, they have so much charm.
That is one special home! I love how it is decorated. I haven't seen this issue yet. Thanks.

What a beautiful, and huge home! I don't subscribe to Southern Living, because to be honest I don't generally enjoy the publication. This home certainly is a treasure in their pages though. Thanks for sharing.
Melaine,
I just want to thank you for all your inspiration. I have started my own blog pelicandesign.blogspot.com all because of you. Thank you so much for pulling me out of my shell.
So pretty! I haven't looked at Feb's Southern Living yet - must go find my copy.
What a gorgeos home Melaine! It has given me a great idea for the wall in our living room. Thank you for sharing! Have a lovely day - Tina
