Do you remember this wall?
I had it filled with some of my vintage ironstone
platters and plates this summer along with a vase filled with pink peonies.
I loved this look for summer but wanted to change things up a bit for fall/winter.
So I made a gallery wall here using some

of my favorite black and white and sepia images.
I had a bunch of mix match frames that I spray painted all black for a cohesive look.
I love the look of chunky mattes with small photos.

I got a couple pieces of photography from here.
They came in the mail yesterday and I love them!
I framed some of my favorite sayings and my favorite number for good luck!

For a little subtle color I added stacks of vintage books.

And to top things off, a few mini white pumpkins for Halloween!

Love subway art!

It's gorgeous both ways, but for the fall and winter I think I am partial to the black and white. Both are truly stunning. Hugs, Marty
I love black and white photos etc. so my pick is the autumn/ winter look- those mini pumpkins are too cute
I love them both as well, but really think your current one is more fitting for fall. Great job! I love the framed "3".

Your black and white wall looks fantastic. Very striking! Very favorite is the Supercalifrag.....May I ask where you found that one? I'd love to hang that in our room. Great job!
I love it both ways. You are a girl after my own heart. I actually saved the first image some time back as thought it was so beautiful and very similar to what I had in my old house. Now we've moved and I have lots of black , white & sepia tones - so yep i love all of what you do. Mel xx
both are fun, but I would vote for black and white. The cow is adorable!!! White pumpkins are my favorite thing in the world, you cant go wrong.
Great wall...
I like that you changed it out for the seasons, both ways are pretty!
They're both perfect for their seasons...but really love the gallery of black frames...especially love the "supercali..." framed print...it's so cool.

you won me over with the books ...
LOVE the wall Melanie. The gallery is such a great idea!
Oh, I like the black and white for fall/winter the best...it seems to have more of your own personality..your favorite number, your sayings, your photos.
So many are using the white plates and platters...I think the second has more imagination...both are very nice.
I love the new look!!
I love supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

They both look nice. I think its a good idea to change it for the seasons...keeps things fresh.
Super cute! I love the black frames. Everything! You are so creative. I'm the same when it comes to matting. Go big or go home! Ha ha
I love the new look!!! And I love Mary Poppins, I go around singing that to my kids and they look at me like I'm crazy (they've never seen the movie yet).
I love this, you did a wonderful job! I agree the chunky frames are fun! Yay Mary Poppins....supercalif....Now that song is in my head! I like the books for the color splash...again great job!

I like them both and it is always nice to be able to change your look. It looks so fresh. I love your subway art. Did you buy this? We live in the Pacific NW and would love to purchase something like this for our home. Lisa
I love them both, but the black and white is my favorite!! I have been wanting to do something like that with the gazillion photos I have taken but have been too lazy to print them out. Like you, I love the thick mats in some of the frames! Thanks for sharing the inspiration!

I love the vintage plates display!
wonderful! looks great both ways... Im a big fan of plate groupings on the wall, and yours looked fabulous, but I really love the new look. Great job!!
i especially like the one under the clock! :)
I like it both ways. Your newest version is much better for fall and winter I think. Well done.
I always think it's so fun to see one space decorated different ways throughout the year. Thanks for sharing with us.
i think it's awesome you change it out for the seasons! my decorating tends to stay put for 5-7 years!
Glad they made it to you ok! Your wall is lovely, as ever. Great job with it all. All the best - Katy
I love your decor but am a bit perplexed as to why you'd share an etsy seller that is selling graphic downloads that the graphics fairy has shared with everyone for free. It is appalling that this etsy seller would use items that were shared for her own personal benefit.
