~white~{that's about as clever as I'm getting today}

 When you have friends with houses that look like this, you start to feel like your own home
 is a bit inadequate.
My friend Leah's home is drop dead gorgeous in my eyes.
I haven't seen it in person.
I'm sure it's even better in person.
But for now, I get to look at all the beautiful photos courtesy of my friend Isabel.

 I have tried doing white walls in my house.
They never looked as good as this.....
 I have LUSTED
{yep, that's what I said}
over this cow painting for years.
Someday.....
 I love cows.
My grandparents had cows, and if my husband would let me, I'd have about 10 of them.
I also wanted to apologize for not blogging as regularly as I am used to.
Ruffles and Rust Square has been super busy and I find myself consumed by re~stocking the shelves!
Thanks to all who came out on Saturday for the sale!
It blew my mind how much I sold!
Have a great Monday.
I'm off to go bake some cookies!
xoxo

very nice home. I love cows too and people find it funny when I tell them. Isn't funny about seeing other people's houses? After I lost my own I had to unsubscribed to a lot of blogs because I cannot bear seeing so much beauty when I no longer had a house. Now I'm inspired for the future and happy that there is still beauty :)

That is a fabulous home. The bright white walls really capture the ambience of romance, along with all of her wonderful pieces. Thanks for sharing.

Her home is so lovely. I like the cow pics, every home should have one, a cow and a pic that is.

It is so inspiring. I love how she has sitting areas with two chairs and a wee table or mirror. I have all white walls but am waiting for wood floors and her floors are just the color of wood I want. I am going to add some of these photos to my inspirational file...They give me a good idea of how the light wood floors will look in my cottage.

Yep I agree. Love. I'm going to be brave and paint my master bedroom white...I wonder if I'll love it or if it will feel to stark and bare. We'll see I guess!

I totally agree, I can try as I might to get my house to look like the wonderful houses on see on the blogs (including the one you just posted about) and I never ever achieve a look that is even remotely close to the beauty of other white walls, and wonderful decorations. I am not a huge fan of cows, but I must admit that picture is stunning : )
Thanks for sharing,
Jeanette

I'm chuckling about the white walls. I was a renter for a LONG time and I longed to have some colour on the walls. :)

That last photo of Leah's house is amazing - love chandeliers and Venetian mirrors.

I first met Leah because of that cow painting! I have one hanging above my fireplace. It makes me happy every time I see it. Her home is stunning. She has an amazing way of putting whites together!

Now I'm lusting after the cow! I've added a few cows around my home the last couple months but nothing as great as that painting!

What a beautiful home! And I have to agree about the cow paintings - I love that old tin cow painting sign... amazing. I can never seem to find things like that!
