It's almost been a year since we did the big surprise makeover for Savannah while she was away at camp. Most of it has stayed the same, but a few changes were made.
I sold the little love seat at the foot of her bed to make room for a desk and chair for her to do her homework.
She still loves her "sweets" themed room and I am proud to say she is still cavity free!
If you want to see how the room came together, go here.

That palacial window is the perfect headboard ever! I love chocolate paint. Our MB in our last home was that color and even though small, it lived huge! Love the contrast with white!

I love the duvet cover where did you find it. Great Job,,
I think this is my all-time favorite post of yours. I was in awe when I saw what you had done. Absolutely gorgeous. If I could have had a room like that when I was Savannah's age, I would have died! She seems like a very sweet girl (no pun intended), so I can't be *too* envious of her, LOL.
Awesome!This just totally inspired me.

I would LOVE to see what you've done with this room since last summer. I read you sold a few things and added turquoise as well as relocated the armoire to your work space. I am getting ready to redo my daughter's bedroom and have found so much inspiration from this bedroom!!!
