The black hutch in my last post about Ruffles and Rust sold in less than 12 hours.
So, today I made another trip out there with a distressed black table and a great old chicken crate from the 1940's.
I wanted to show you this picture because I thought it would make into a great coffee table.
In fact, if it doesn't sell, I may just do that with it for my house!
I also wanted to announce the winner of the scentsy giveaway.
Sarah from sunny sarah's, you are the winner!
Congrats!

I love it! Now I wish I could see the other table!
This room is perfection! What I wouldn't give for old wood beams!
This room is fantastic and you are soooo right about the table. Love all your Halloween goodies, too. ; )

so cute!
happy weekend,

I am in love with both the chicken crate coffee table and the whole room!
So cute Melanie...I love this idea. RIght now I am sitting on three large crates and I needed some more inspiration.
I put a board through the "rungs" of the coop and hug two on the wall in my kitchen. Looked darling and was a fun way to display and store some vintage items.
beautiful! i wish i lived closer so i could visit your cute shop!
Melanie, now, that is absolutely sensational! What a one of a kind piece, it's just way beyond great! What a wonderful room!

Love the chicken crate coffee table. Is your crate wood? What size is yours and do you ship? It would look perfect in my home.
Yes indeed, would make a great coffee table. Hope you have a great weekend!

I have had a chicken crate on my entrance hall wall for years - the hubby thought I was NUTS - and I am still in love with it....Hmmmm...a matching coffee table might just be the ticket! ;o) Congrats to your very lucky winner - and thanks, Melaine, for hostessing another great giveaway! Someone at my shop sold 6 of these...knew I shouldn't have passed on one!
That is a perfect coffee table! I love it. I wanted to do something like that with an old wooden crate that I have but the sizing isn't quite right--your's is great :)
