I got out of my chair this morning and did a happy dance.
I found this website where you can make a custom eye chart!
Fill in the words you want,
{how cute would it be to make personalized birthday cards?}
then save it and print!
I saved mine to Picnik and cropped out the .com on the bottom, but you could also just cut that off.
Have fun and print it onto printed scrapbook paper and frame it!
There is just so many cool things you could make!
If you have any clever ideas, please leave them in the comment section!

this is AWESOME! THANK YOU for sharing!!!!
I am making these for Christmas gifts using Thexxxxxxfamilyestdec161978 formula with their last name,wedding month,date and year. I had them printed in 11 by 14 and found a 16 by 20 frame that was double matted to 10 by 13. Perfect size and it does cover up the .com on the bottom.
Such a cute idea! I have a friend who is an optometrist who would just LOVE these!!

Ok, you sooooo read my mind. Just today, I was thinking of creating my own vinatge-looking eye chart to frame for my son's room. I wanted to use the letters in his name. Then VOILA! I open your blog and there is one! Thanks for the great find!
