~tulip fields~

Sometimes I feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful place.
Yes, Seattle gets a ton of rain, but if it didn't rain that much, would we get these?

It's been a while since I have visited the tulip fields.
Rows and rows and rows of beautiful colorful flowers.......
Cody with his BFF and cousin.
It was hard to pick a favorite color, they were all so pretty.

My sweet sister in law and her new baby Aidan!
My baby is almost taller than me.
Where does the time go?

On another note, my email address has been changed to
lakeliving4@yahoo.com
It's still on the right hand side of this page as well.
Have a great day friends!
xoxo

I was just in Washington the past weekend for a wedding in Bellingham and we made a stop at the Tulip Festival before heading into Seattle. It has become one of my favorite things to do and I think everyone should go at least once in their life!

What perfect, beautiful flowers! Each one is standing so straight, tall and proud - it's as if they're standing to attention or on parade - magnificent!
And talking of magnificent things - what a wonderful family you have - you all look SO happy. Really lovely images - thank you for sharing them. x

Beautiful tulips! Here in Michigan we have Holland, MI & all their beautiful tulips and even a festival. Just wish it wasn't a 3 hour drive...

Hard to believe how tall your children are getting. Last one I remember seeing they were by the lake for your Christmas photo. Great photos by the way. I hear ya when you say that their almost taller than you. I have 3 daughters who are now taller and my youngest daughter who is up to my eyes. My son is the same height as me!

Thanks for sharing your day with the kids.

Oh they are so gorgeous! I would love to be able to photograph them myself too! I visited the Island of Jersey as a child and they had fields of Carnations but that was so long ago. Beautiful, thanks for sharing, Sally xx
