A whole hour and a half of shopping before the "general" admission!
be one of the first ones in to see all the fabulous "junk" and meet all the creative vendors!

here's all you need to do to enter, no jumping through hoops, or any of that. just simply leave me a comment telling me what your favorite vintage treasure you have purchased is and why.
Be sure to leave me an email address so i can contact you if you win.

LOVE Farm Chicks... this will be our third year going and we're so excited! I have so many favorites, but I really love my old red cross flag that I have hanging on my living room wall. I picked it up at an antique store in Monroe a couple years ago on one of our cross-border junking trips.

I went to the farm chicks 7 years ago when it was out in the country. I went with my sister and we had a blast! If I win then we'll go!

My favorite vintage find is my dresser that I have. I found it outside a antique store and it was pretty beat up fom being outside,$40.00! As I drove home I could hear it falling apart! My huband took it apart and made it more sturdy. I have it in the dining room, I love it!

Thanks!
Kelly

My favorite vintage piece was purchased in an oddball 2nd hand/junk/antique store, somewhere in western Montana years ago - That day I bought 2 things that I still love but the best was a handstitched castle on a background of felt - The original frame was and is still in perfect condition and every time I look at it, I remember that trip and how beautiful the country is.

My favorite find would have to be an old buffet that my parents found on a piece of property they own. I cleaned it up, repaired some missing molding and now it is a loved piece of furniture!

I just was thinking about what a dork I was for snoozing on getting early bird tickets. So, I'm going and would love these tickets. Okay, let's see. A vintage suitcase that had become my traveling salesgirl case for my jewels ;) and a two tiered, white chippy table. Fabulous.

My favorite find so far has been a large olive green steamer trunk that I found at a garage sale for $3! Sits at the end of my couch with a few folded blankets on top.

This is my first year going to the Farm Chicks and I am so excited! Would love to win tickets for myself and a friend!

This is my 4th year going to Farm Chicks. Last year I was fortunate to be a vendor with my BFF. This year......strictly shopping!

My favorite vintage find this year was a set of railroad thick leather luggage, with shipping labels still adhered to the cases! Fell in love with the patina of the worn leather. Found a newspaper clipping inside from 1941, so I know they are at the very least 70 years old!

My most recent favorite find is 5 boxes of Shiny Brite glass christmas ornaments from an estate sale for only $2. They are in my favorite colors pink and turquoise.

I'm planning on going this year, only a 1.5 hour drive for me yay! My favorite find this past year was a tall 1940s dresser that was already stripped. It's perfect for a smaller room...I just haven't decided on what color to pain it.

Hey Melaine!
I must say my favorite vintage find is my 50's pink stand-up hairdryer. Why you ask? Because it was one of the first items I bought when I was 14 with my very own $ in California. I made my parents drag back home in our Ford Explorer. Made for a real uncomfortable ride but totally worth it! To this day, I still have the bug. :)
Feel Adored,

My favorite find has been a big marquee letter Y. Had it in living room. Symbolizes the question on everyone's mind over here, "Why do I have to...?, Why me?, Why is that ....?"

I'm SUPER excited to be going to Farm Chicks this year! Just hope I can get all my treasures home.
I don't know if I can narrow down my favorite vintage find because that would feel like picking a favorite child...but for the sake of getting an early ticket I'll pick my giant barn door that I've installed in my home as the entrance to my office. It's a showstopper!!!

One of my favorites is the white boat paddle I bought from you at the first Ruffles and Rust show. It now hangs above the mirror over our mantle in the family room. Goes great with our nautical decor!

My favorite vintage find was a chandelier that I purchased at a yard sale for $3. It was in perfect shape, not a crystal missing. I am currently hunting for garden urns so would love to go to Farm Chicks to find some.
