~best banana bread~

I've been making this banana bread for years.
It's super quick, has only 6 ingredients, and contains no oil or butter.
I like to get up early in the fall while the kids are still sleeping and make this so when they wake up they have a warm tasty breakfast. It also makes the house smell really good! :)

~easy banana bread~

Mash 3 bananas in a mixer.
Add 2 eggs and mix.
Mix in 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
Slowly add 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Do not over mix.
Pour into a greased and floured bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to an hour.
Serve with a glass of milk!
~enjoy~
xoxo

Perfect timing - I have a bunch of bananas that won't last much longer, and this is a perfect Sunday project for me!
Many thanks,

There is nothing better than the smell of banana bread in the house! I have been known to put old bananas in the freezer until I am ready to use them for banana bread- such a fast and easy treat to make! ;)

How well does this bread do in the freezer. I'm planning on giving the loaf to someone and want them to have the option of using it later. Anyone tried it? Thanks!
