Love it!! We all know you would do an amazing job if you did this and would put your own twist on it as well. It would be easy to change when you get tired of it in the future. Love your blog and look forward to seeing what new ideas you have to share. You are so talented and I want to be just like you when I grow up even though I am older than you!
Are you considering going to white on your table just like the photo or adding the measuring tape feature on top of your existing color? I vote for the later of the two since I tend to shy away from all white. I love the warmth of your existing table. Either way, have fun!
I think the idea is fun but not for a dining room table. You might leave people with the feeling like your trying to measure the food portions on their plate. Great for an office. Especially a work table!! Love your table, just as it is!! You are so talented!! Thanks for all your great posts!
Well, I'm just going to go out on a limb and give this a big fat no. No pessimism here or lack of faith, I do agree with a fellow commenter that you might get sick of the look, and maybe even the project itself. One thing I cannot tell is if the ruler design is all the way around? Either way, to me this is one of those unnecessary design edits we make, when our efforts could be better utilized elsewhere. Just being honest (and probably pushy and resourceful and opinionated). All the best though if you decide to go through with it!
Love it. I repinned u on this. I'm planning on doing it to my table that I am forced to sand and makeover b/c my daughter spilled nail polish remover on it. Like half a bottle.

I love all of it, if only I could get my husband in on the all white thing. He unlike most men has very strong opinions on how we decorate :)
I love it, what a great job! [email protected]

I love the graphic look of typography but I don't think it will "go" with your rug style.
