~easy crustless quiche~

Cody has been home from school for a week sick. He
was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. The poor little guy doesn't
have much of an appetite, {guess who's been getting into his Halloween candy?}
so I have been trying to make simple but healthy dinners.
I love quiche.
I love it that you can make it for breakfast, and eat it for lunch, and for dinner!
It's leftovers are great and it's super easy to make.
We had this for dinner last night served with a "milkshake"
The "milkshake" was strawberry greek yogurt, orange juice, vanilla protein powder,
nonfat milk, and spinach. The kids loved it. So here you go, a quick and healthy dinner.
{I suppose it doesn't count though if you eat this along with the Halloween candy huh?

I love easy recipes and this sounds delicious. I always leave my crust anyway.

looks wonderful and love not having to make a crust. I love how you always make the recipe look like an old card out of the recipe box.

Love this. Perfect without the crust since I would have to make it gluten free.

OH this sounds yummy! I've been looking for some new recipes that are healthy and high protein for my on the go teen boys! I am so sorry Cody has walking pneumonia! Poor boy! (and there is no Halloween candy here as my boys are all teens and they decided to go on a no-processed snacks/candy/soda month. They are allowing for Izzy soda or Italian soda's made from real juice with homemade pizza on the weekend and any baking that I might do. (i think it was a ploy to get me baking again... i used to do it when we lived in alaska and they really miss it apparently... time to start back in with homemade pizza and bread again i guess.)

I am having the same problem as Jo, there is a big pop up ad covering your text making it hard to read your postings. I have tried to remove it with no luck. If anyone knows how to stop these I would appreciate your help.
