~a healthy lunch option~

It's sorta like a BLT, and really you can add anything you like.
This is just my version of one of my favorite quick lunches.

I love BLT's but make a "fake" with Bacin bits:) Adding the mozzarella sounds delish!!! Thanks!

I love frying up red, orange and yellow peppers with some red onion and wrapping them in lettuce. Throw on some salsa, and YUM!

This sounds so good! I like turkey, lil cream cheese and cranberry sauce w/lettuce on a good wheat or sprouted bread.

Looks good! My healthy alternative is a sandwich made with cucumber instead of bread. I peak it, and slice it like a hoagie roll. It's very refreshing.
