~a restoration hardware home~

What do you think of this home decorated completely Restoration Hardware style?

I think it's a little over the top, but that wouldn't stop me from moving in…..

It is beautiful, very nicely done, but definitely masculine and a little too perfect. I'd certainly move in too and add some pink peonies etc.

I agree a little over done but with a whole lot of flowers and plants I would love it. What is the purpose of that piece near the tub? And what is it

Dull.

Way, way, way too much gray.

Looks a bit cold...like a man decorated the home. Needs some fabric and softening up. Too sterile. It does look like a showroom.

Lovely to look at, but way too 'done' for me. It looks like a RH catalog! No personality at all. I do think I would absolutely go out of my mind living there. I do think though, that like an RH catalog, we can take some things from these pics and incorporate them into our own homes.

Not for me. I am not particularly a fan of RH, although I do like some of their items. My style is more cottagey and I would much rather use vintage items.

It's beautiful but very manly.

The maintenance required to keep up that place makes me tired just thinking about it...even just dusting the wine storage in the kitchen is daunting. I could not enjoy a life in that house. Too grey, too industrial, too cold for me. Just sayin'

I have several pieces from RH which I love but I don't think I would enjoy a house only furnished with RH goods.

Love RH yet the home needs its own personal touch!

Lovely, but it left me screaming for some red....and then I noticed a Norwegian flag on the bookshelf in the first photo and everything became clear. This must be the home of a fellow Norwegian American!

I would move in too but only keep some of the decor and then add personality to it and pops of color. Thanks for sharing it with us@

I must be the only person who would move into this house and change/add/remove NOTHING! I am so exhausted from all of the white walls, ruffles, pillows and flowers that are portrayed in the shelter magazines and blogs.

I am gobsmacked at the attention to detail this home has, completely thought through without skipping a beat. Each space flows into the other seamlessly.

We have four sons and if they were smaller, this would be amazing for them to run around in. Not a lot of items to break or scratch letting them be boys.

Thank you for posting this amazing breath of fresh air!
