Hi Melaine: We just got back from Nashville a couple of weeks ago and loved it. If you get the chance take the tour of The Grand Ole Opry and The Gaylord Hotel. The Gaylord is amazing (Stay overnight if you can). The Blue Bird Cafe and Martin's Bar-B-Que downtown. It is a beautiful place. You will love it. Peggy

Visit Franklin you'll love everything about it ~ the stores, restaurants, he houses. Go to The Factory as well there. http://downtownfranklintn.com Drive around see all the beautiful estates of country music stars. Leiper's Fork darling as well. Have fun.

Arrington Vineyard south of Nashville is a really neat place to visit. The view at sunset is amazing!

The Parthenon is the exact replica of one in Greece located in Nashville. Franklin is beautiful however its about a 40-minute drive from Nashville. The Gulch, 12 South, Midtown are all areas with really great restaurants and of course Broadway if you feel like Honky Tonking.

I agree with 12th south. Make sure to pop in to Craft South, Anna Maria Horner's fabric store. There's also an amaging Lebanese resturant down the street you must try, Epice. Also, check out the flea market just a couple of blocks away, Hugh Classic Hillbilly, Preservation Station .Definitely make a trip to Franklin and enjoy Main Street and the shopping plus the Factory. You'll fall in love with Nashville and come back often. Hope to hear all about it.
