I love this time of year, and even though we have snow on the ground outside, spring is blooming indoors.
I wanted to share with you an easy way to set a festive spring table without too much fuss.
I used flowers I picked up at Trader Joes, our everyday white dishes and glasses, and fresh fruit.
Again, I stuck with a mostly white color scheme with a bit of pink in the flowers and pops of green.
After arranging the flowers in my vase, I realized I wanted it a bit fuller, so I added in some faux white ranunculus'.
I thought it would be fun to add a personal touch with place card holders. I wanted to add a bit more color so I rummaged through my fridge and found these limes.
I simply sliced a slit in the top of each one and popped in the name cards.
You can do this with any fruit that matches your flowers or color scheme.
Lemons or satsuma oranges would be darling.
You don't need to go out and buy all new dishes, or spring themed dishes for a fun and happy spring table setting. Use what you have and supplement with a few items from the grocery store, it's really all you need.
I hope you take a peek at my friends beautiful table settings for spring as well.
