Introducing Keto cookie dough bomb bites.
I am sure you have heard of the Keto Diet? I try to stick to it the majority of the time, with a little wine here and there.
It's a high fat, high protein, and very low carb diet.
Every now and then I cave in and eat a bagel, or 4.
But for the most part, it's really easy to stick too because you eat cheese, and heavy whipping cream, and salami, and steak, yum!
I do have a huge sweet tooth though. Finding treats that curb my sugar cravings are hard. I like these because they can be kept in the freezer and taken out one by one.
