the BEST Keto brownies

Even if you aren't on the Keto diet, you will love these brownies. My whole family devours them when I make them. 

I think they are so good because of all the butter, but who doesn't love butter?
The lily's chocolate chips can be found at a variety of places including Amazon. I buy them by the 4 pack here. They are a little over $6 a bag, so a bit pricier than regular chocolate chips, but they are stevia sweetened, so they are better for you. 

I also stock up on this sweetener on Amazon. It tastes just like regular sugar. I also really like this one. They both taste like sugar. 

Swerve sweetener also comes in brown sugar and powdered sugar. 

Almond flour is another staple you need to have on hand in the Keto diet. 

Now, shall we get to making these bomb brownies?!

The Best Keto Brownies

  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 cup Lily's dark chocolate chips + 1/8 cup to sprinkle on top
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 eggs, beaten at room temperature 


How to cook The Best Keto Brownies

  1. Place the butter and the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 1 minute on high.
  2. In a mixer blend the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder. 
  3. Blend in butter and chocolate chip mix. Add eggs and stir until combined. 
  4. Butter a 9x13 baking dish and evenly spread the batter. Sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. 
  5. Test for doneness with a fork. 
  6. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
