I have been on the keto diet for a while now and I love how it makes me feel. I started it because I have chronic knee pain from a soccer injury and I heard it helps alleviate that.

It sure has. While my knee isn't 100%, my joint pain has severely lessened to a point that I can live with it. 

However, I do have a sweet tooth and the keto diet eliminates sugar. I have been looking for ways to find recipes and foods that don't leave me feeling deprived. 

This keto friendly copycat Starbucks caramel frappuccino is just that. It is packed with protein and fats, gives you a little kick with the coffee, and is delicious.

Sometimes I top it with coconut milk whipped cream for an extra decadent treat.

This recipe makes 2 servings and is super quick to make with a blender or vitamix.

  • 1 box Premier Protein in the caramel flavor
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 shots of espresso


How to cook Copycat Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino {Keto approved}

  1. Place ice in a blender.
  2. Add the Premier Protein and heavy whipping cream followed by the shots of espresso.
  3. Blend until ice is crushed.
