You can use any pancake mix, or whip one up from scratch.
We like the Snoqualmie Falls pancake mix personally.
*you can slice your own apples, or buy the pre-sliced ones and just remove the skins.
Sprinkled with powdered sugar, smothered in melting butter, and topped with maple syrup, these apple pancakes with coriander and cinnamon are sure to have people coming back for seconds, and thirds.
Apple Pancakes with Coriander & Cinnamon

ingredients:
- apple slices
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup Snoqualmie Falls pancake mix

How to cook Apple Pancakes with Coriander & Cinnamon
- If your apple slices have skins, remove them.
- In a bowl, mix sliced apples with coriander cinnamon and sugar.
- Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine pancake mix with 3/4 cup water and whisk until blended. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Lightly grease and heat skillet to medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto skillet. Top with 5-6 apple slices. Cook until small bubbles cover entire surface. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve hot with butter, your favorite syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
