apple pancakes with coriander and cinnamon

These pancakes are a family favorite.

They taste like an apple fritter.

They are like a seasonal explosion in your mouth and you are going to love them!

 The recipe is quite simple.

You can use any pancake mix, or whip one up from scratch.

We like the Snoqualmie Falls pancake mix personally.

The secret to these amazing pancakes is the sliced apples that have been coated in a combination of cinnamon, sugar, and coriander.

*you can slice your own apples, or buy the pre-sliced ones and just remove the skins.

Sprinkled with powdered sugar, smothered in melting butter, and topped with maple syrup, these apple pancakes with coriander and cinnamon are sure to have people coming back for seconds, and thirds.

If you love this recipe as much as our family does, please pin it and share it with everyone so they can try them too!
