how to host a cupcake decorating party

Here is a fun and sweet idea for you this season.

Gather your friends and family around and host a day where you decorate fall or Halloween cupcakes!

Set the mood by decorating your house for the season first.

Welcome guests at the front door with piles of pumpkins.

Have spooky music playing in the background.

Serve hot apple cider or spiked cider to sip on while decorating.

Get your friends in on the baking!

See my recipe below for carrot cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.

Your home will smell amazing and you will have so much fun making memories.

Load up on plenty of fun treats before and set them out in little ramekins.

Cute little cupcake toppers are always a fun idea too.

But sometimes it's the simple ones that turn out so cute.

I like to make these cupcakes in extra large muffin tins because they are that good!

The secret to this recipe {but no one will know!} is that it is made with a box cake mix!

It's the added ingredients that you choose to put in that make this recipe taste home made.

Have fun hosting your night or day of sweet treats, and I hope you enjoy these cupcakes as much as we do!
