I found out about swerve sugar substitute through a friend and it's been an easy substitution when I am baking.
I also found out about Lilly's chocolate chips. Both are a great staple to have on hand for when need something sweet.

Best Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

ingredients:
- 1 1/8 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/8 c almond flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 sticks butter, melted & cooled
- 1 c swerve brown sugar
- 1/2 c swerve granulated white sugar
- 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temp.
- 1 Tbl. vanilla
- 2 cups Lillys chocolate chips

How to cook Best Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Mix the flour, salt, and soda, and set aside.
- In an electric mixer beat the butter with the sugars.
- Add the vanilla and eggs.
- Mix in flour mixture until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven for approx. 7-8 minutes.
- Let cool on cookie sheet before removing.
