the best Keto chocolate chip cookies

No one will ever know these cookies are not made with real sugar and flour. They taste delicious and you won't feel deprived being on the Keto diet when you make and enjoy these Keto chocolate chip cookies.

I found out about swerve sugar substitute through a friend and it's been an easy substitution when I am baking. 

I also found out about Lilly's chocolate chips. Both are a great staple to have on hand for when need something sweet.

Best Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

prep time: 10 Mcook time: 7 Mtotal time: 17 M

ingredients:

  • 1 1/8 cup coconut flour
  • 1 1/8 c almond flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 sticks butter, melted & cooled
  • 1 c swerve brown sugar
  • 1/2 c swerve granulated white sugar
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, at room temp.
  • 1 Tbl. vanilla
  • 2 cups Lillys chocolate chips

instructions:

How to cook Best Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Mix the flour, salt, and soda, and set aside.
  2. In an electric mixer beat the butter with the sugars.
  3. Add the vanilla and eggs.
  4. Mix in flour mixture until combined. 
  5. Stir in chocolate chips. 
  6. Bake in a 375 degree oven for approx. 7-8 minutes. 
  7. Let cool on cookie sheet before removing.
