I served this at Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit with everyone. I will definitely be making this over and over and over again.
The best part is that it is super simple to make, and only requires 4 ingredients.
It looks super fancy too, like you spent hours making it.
BAKED APPLE BRIE
prep time: 5 Mcook time: 25 Mtotal time: 30 M
ingredients:
- 1 can {8 oz} refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 {8oz} round Brie cheese
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- Apple slices and crackers for serving. I like to use Naked Pita Chips.

How to cook BAKED APPLE BRIE
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Split dough into 2 pieces and roll each one into a ball.
- Roll out one piece to a large circle and place on a greased cookie sheet.
- Place Brie round in the center of that, and top with apple slices and brown sugar.
- Fold the extra dough up around the sides of the cheese.
- Roll out the second piece of dough and place on top to cover.
- Brush on 1 beaten egg all over the dough.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with apple slices and crackers or pita chips.
