baked apple brie

This might be my new favorite appetizer, EVER!

I served this at Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit with everyone. I will definitely be making this over and over and over again.

The best part is that it is super simple to make, and only requires 4 ingredients.
It looks super fancy too, like you spent hours making it.

BAKED APPLE BRIE

  • 1 can {8 oz} refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 {8oz} round Brie cheese
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Apple slices and crackers for serving. I like to use Naked Pita Chips.

  2. Split dough into 2 pieces and roll each one into a ball.
  3. Roll out one piece to a large circle and place on a greased cookie sheet.
