DIY raffia pom pom Easter basket

Today I am going to show you how to make a fun Easter basket that you will actually not want to toss after the holiday is over!

You can make this DIY raffia pom pom Easter basket in an afternoon.

Here are the things you need to make this cute pom pom Easter basket.

This is the exact basket I used. Don't worry, if there isn't an Ikea near you, they do ship.

To make the pom poms you will need raffia and a pom pom maker.

You will want to make 6 pom poms.

With a needle and thread, stitch a pom pom onto the basket where each handle meets. Then stitch one between those, right in the center.

Now that your pom poms are attached you can add any extra raffia tied to one of the handles, add a card, or anything you want!

I put a potted plant in mine because it looked so cute and I think it's a great idea for an adult Easter basket.
