easy rhubarb dessert

If you love rhubarb you are going to love this easy recipe!

I will admit, growing up I was not a fan of rhubarb, but it has grown on me over the years.

Our sweet neighbors who have a wonderful garden gave us some fresh rhubarb yesterday along with a very easy recipe that I just had to try.

Not only is this easy to make and tasty, your house will smell so good while it's baking.

The only thing I did different was to divide the recipe into two smaller pans instead of the one large 9x13.
Oh, and I also used sugar free jello {I used raspberry and it was delicious}

This is really good served warm with vanilla bean ice cream, but it is also good without.

I also thought the recipe she shared with all the years of food splatter was just perfect. So instead of putting this into a printable version, I am sharing it below in its original form.
You can pin this image to your recipe boards so you can easily reference it later.

How cute is it that it is named RHUBARB THING?

I have made quite a few recipes lately with boxes of cake mix.

I will be sharing more in the future, but here are a couple if you'd like to take a look now.

Lemon pound cake {a favorite by far}

Don't forget, you can see all of my recipes at the top of this page in the RECIPE tab.

xoxo, Melaine
