These mouthwatering cranberry brie pastry puffs with walnuts are so delicious, I cannot wait for you to try them.
To me they are the perfect snack or appetizer for any Fall meal or gathering. They taste like all the yummy Thanksgiving side dishes, rolled into one little Heavenly bite.
Not only are they super good to eat, they are super easy to make.
You will need the following:
Mini cupcake pan
Cooking spray
1 package crescent rolls
1 can of whole cranberry sauce
Fresh rosemary
Chopped walnuts, plain or candied
8 oz brie cheese
Rolling pin
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Start out by rolling a crescent roll into one big sheet on a floured surface.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut them into squares, approx. 3" squares. Place each square into a mini cupcake pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Add a little dollop of brie cheese followed by a dollop of whole cranberries {canned} followed by a sprinkling of chopped walnuts and fresh rosemary for garnish.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes, checking often to make sure the pastry doesn't get too brown.
Serve warm on a platter with more fresh rosemary to garnish.
You guys! These smell so good and are such an easy finger food for guests.
I dare you to only eat one. I think I could eat a whole platter full!
Please pin any of these images so you can reference back to them easily in the future!
Happy baking friends!
