ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry
- 2 zucchinis
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
instructions:
How to cook Zucchini Tart With Goat Cheese
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- Unfold one puff pastry dough onto sheet.
- Add slices of goat cheese to cover.
- Top with thinly sliced zucchini pieces.
- Crumble goat cheese over the top.
- Sprinkle on the tarragon and parsley.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 min.
It only contains a few ingredients and turns out so pretty!
