decorating ideas for your bedrooms this holiday season

Hello and welcome to part 2 of our holiday home tour!

You can see part 1 which includes our entry, living room, and dining room, here.

Today I am sharing all 3 of our bedrooms in hopes to inspire you to create a little magic in these spaces.

I will be showing you our master bedroom which has very simple styling for the holidays.

Our sons room, which might be my favorite bedroom this year. It is complete with cozy faux fur, flannel sheets, sparkling birch trees, some galvanized pieces, and a whole lotta magic.

Our daughters room has a sweet frosted tree with gorgeous ornaments in her favorite colors. The bedding and pillows are super cozy and I feel like the entire room looks super inviting.

So why don't we start with her room!

If you are new to my blog, Savannah is a 22 year old student in her last year of college. She lives here while she is on breaks from school, during the holidays, and summers. However, she will be coming home to finish her masters next year, yay!

I added blush pink pillows and a sweater like lumbar to her bed this year.

I placed these birch vases at the foot of her bed intending to fill them with greenery. However, I thought it would be too busy with the Christmas tree, so in the end I left them empty.

Our son will be 18 on New Years Eve!

His room is so cozy, honestly he has the coziest bed in the entire house. I may or may not have taken a nap or two in there.

The deep wine color on the pillows adds such a great pop of masculine color to his tone on tone too. And who doesn't love a little pop of black leather?

Next to his bed I placed a pre-lit birch tree in a vintage olive bucket. What you can't see is the faux fur blanket I tucked on the inside. It not only holds the tree in place, but it ties in with the blanket on his bed.

And finally, the master bedroom is the last room up on this tour.

To be honest, I did put a tree up in here but after living with it for a week or so, I took it down. It felt too forced and cluttered.

So I stuck with simple garlands and some candles.

I also added in some traditional colors with these red ticking pillows and these fabulous green ones.

I think
our bed is the perfect neutral backdrop for the greenery.

I really hope you enjoyed taking a look into our bedrooms decorated for the holidays. I hope you got some great decorating ideas for your bedrooms this holiday season as well.
